Ford Windstar

Had crank turned and installed new oil pump. Flywheel cracked couple months after engine work. Paid local shop to replace flywheel but van was vibrating on the way to shop and on the way home from shop. Van died on the way home. I found blown fuse so I replaced and blew again after engine reved up. I got the fuse problem fixed but van still vibrates and engine shakes. I changed plugs and wires but found plugs were all hitting so engine was not missing. I am not sure what is wrong but believe it may be crank or harmonic balancer. Need some advice.

Re: Ford Windstar

Hello

What is the year of your Windstar and how many miles? Why did you have the crank turned? Were you having viberation problems before this work?

Dan

Re: Ford Windstar

Is vibration RPM or speed related? Are we talking vibration as in engine miss (incorrect camshaft sensor adjustment? improper timing?) or a mechanical vibration?
