Stupid Fuse Question

Im really stupid when it comes to electronics and I wanted to know what the fuse thats supposed to be in the spot below is for.........

The picture was blurry so I used paint to make the letters more clear

Sorry the pic is so big im not a computer genius either

PWR WDO is power windows fuse 13

Fuse no 17 DRL is Day time running lights [Canada] 1993-1994 years

there is no fuse in the power window slot......... is it possible that this may be causing the problems im having with my power windows ???

That's probably your problem, or at least part of it. It is a circuit breaker that goes in that slot, not a fuse. The slot below it, (DRL) appears to be a diode for the daytime running lights. Kinda fuzzy, can't tell for sure.

It turns out that there was nothing there for a reason. Nothing is supposed to go in there anyway......... DOH
