AutoNation to sell debt, buy back 50 million shares
NEW YORK (Reuters) -- AutoNation Inc. on Tuesday said it will sell as much as $900 million in senior notes and use the proceeds, in addition to bank financing and cash on hand, to buy 50 million of its common shares and $323.
