Highest HP Evo VIII
Didn't know if you guys have seen this. If you've been following this guy, he had a bunch of videos where he beat 600+whp Cobras, Vipers, Vettes, etc. He had 600awhp then. Now....903!
http://www.ka-t.org/klattr1/amsevobreak900.zip http://media.ams-evo8.com/videos/cst...evo826awhp.wmv He was running a GT35R, now he's running a 42R at 44 psi. He just gave AMS like $30k and said make it the fastest Evo VIII in the world. AMS is still putting some stuff on it but when they're done there should be a bunch of new videos of it killing things. And boy will it kill things. Some threads from Evom on it: http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthr...4&page=1&pp=15 http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthr...7&page=1&pp=15 You should also check out AMS's 800+hp shop Evo vids. There are some crazy ones on the street. http://media.ams-evo8.com/videos/ams...nthestreet.wmv http://media.ams-evo8.com/videos/ams...testflight.wmv http://media.ams-evo8.com/videos/amsevo/ams941run.wmv

Re: Highest HP Evo VIII
Wow, great stuff! A cost benefit analysis shows how awesome the 4g63 really is. Imagine; buy a decent GSX for $6,000. Put $30,0000 in it. And for about $36,000, you have a car that will not only spank the everlovin' sh_t out of all those exotics, but will look good doing it too. It's simply mind blowing, never ceases to amaze me even after all this time. Good find.

That first one gave me a hard-on... God damn... Did you see that thing once it hit boost! Sounds like a plane too! I love it. I want a turbo now.

Re: Highest HP Evo VIII
Well, to be the most powerful evo in the world it is going have to beat RC Development's Evo VI which was rated at 930 whp. Hit 141mph in 10 sec. Pretty fast if you ask me. I read about it a while back from one of my issues of Super Street. They say they are gonna keep working on it and will eventually hit 1,000 horses on race fuel and 1,200 on methanol. They say they have $186,000 into it. Here are some links to some info about the car. Freaking sick if you ask me:

Re: Highest HP Evo VIII
Damn it takes 10 seconds for my Cavy to get to 60!
That is really sweet. Just imagine if you did the work. I bet at least half of that was labor, had he done it on a 1g, it would beat the piss off of everything for less than 20 grand! Can you guys imagine meeting that at a street light? Or even just seeing/hearing it blow by. Man that would be insane! |

And there is a RWD Evo. Rhys Millen converted one. The video of it is pretty cool. Somehow it still handles like an Evo.

Re: Highest HP Evo VIII
[quote=Nayr747]Should be faster though with 930hp. The AMS Evo is going 9.41@149 and it only has 808hp.
QUOTE] I guess thats mostly because of turbo sizing and what have you....but I would't know cause I'm not a turbo expert.
