full detail 67 eleanor

ok guys some of you may remeber me as 1967 eleanor and may be fimilar w/ my 1:24 eleanor and the kit i produced well heres her bigger sister been working on this one for about a month and i thought id share it with you heres the pics http://public.fotki.com/67eleanor67/118_eleanor/
scince the paint pics ive made a bunch more progress ill have some updates for you guys soon comments are nice too

the car is based on the diecast 1:18 ertl gt350 so i had to re do the side countours i also have pics of that if you guys are interested

i love it! i really liek the movie gone in 60 seconds and i always wished some1 would make a 1/18 version of eleanor

Very, very nice, a lot of detail and love went into this model, I like it a lot.

Actually, ERTL makes the real "Eleanor" model.. says it on the box, too, I have it in my collection..

crimsonson are you talking about the 1973 eleanor mustang from the original gone in seconds beaceause there is no company that makes the moddified 1967 gt500 seen in the 2000 relase of gone in 60 seconds

How'd you do the stripes on the car? Also, wut paint was used on the car?

the paint i used was duplicolor charcole gray mettalic with mettalic black stripes applied streight out of the rattle can and i use belive it or not scotch tape of the stripes it provides anice streight line with no "bleeding" i highly recomentd using it it hasnt let me down yet!
