UNSATISFIED! please help

hi
we have an aveo LS 2004 model hatch
we also have this creaking noise..we purchased in february'04 and it is still there. we have gone to the dealer time after time after time. first they said the struts were cracked and leaking..so they replaced those. we're now in the shop for what was told to us to be a strut mount that was binding. they've fixed that and the noise was still there. so now they are ordering a control arm for the steering..and they think that might do it.

basically we have had so many problems with our aveo
this issue has been ongoing for a year
also to add to it our neutral safety switch was adjusted, and then replaced because we kept getting locked in Park position on our AT
the abs brake module went out
we've had the keyless entry system fuse blow 5 times in a year
our rear driver lock doesnt open on occasion when using RKE
and we have a chirping/rattle in our dash, they attempted to fix this and failed, and in the process damaged our glove box
i just feel the overall craftmanship on this vehicle is below standards
ive inquired about buy back.. have been told by many service advisors and salesmen that it is an option, to contact GM customer service.. we've gone all the way to executive offices of Chevrolet, and nothing is going to be done for us. just keep going back with the problems until they are resolved.

anyone have any insight on this??!?!?!
im desperate for resources at this point

1) Get a lawyer.........

2) Have the lawyer contact GM. As long as your contacting GM by yourslef, they will do nothing for you.......And they will NOT buy back your car, so long is they are dealing with you and they have a billion lawyers.

A friend of mine had a CTS, and had taken it in for almost everything, he went so far as to have a hearing with GM for a buy back. He lost. I mean if he had that many problems with a freeking Caddy, then it can happen to any vehicle.

Get some help, Im sorry that you are having so many problems.

Try reading up on the lemon law. If you keep bringing it back for the same thing and they can't fix it, it will at some point have to be deemed a lemon. I'm definitely not an expert...I don't think you need a lawyer to invoke the lemon law, but maybe you need on to interpret it. I've never seen it so can't say for sure. Sorry to hear you're having so many problems, my Aveo has been such a pleasure to own and drive.
