89 S15 Windshield Washer

I have an 89 S15 pickup and my windshield washer tubing has broken at the spray outlet. What is the easiest way to remove the metal cover which the wiper arms extend up through so I can get to the washer tubing? There are three bolts holding down each wiper arm. Do they have to be removed to get the wiper arms out of the way? Thanks for any help.

Re: 89 S15 Windshield Washer

I just did it.. you have to pry off the wiper arms than just take the mounting bolts off each side. have a towel between cowl and hood so ya dont scratch it.
