engine light,abs light,o/d off light

I am having a problem with my 2000 ranger xlt. The check engine light and the abs light are coming on. The speedometer stays at zero until about 35 miles an hour and the transmission will not shift until that point. Also the o/d off light will blink but that has been intermitant. Does anyone have a suggestion on what is causing the problem.
