1997 Cutlass Keyless Locks

Programming the remote keyless locking system in a 1997 Cutlass requires the Programming Connector to be shorted (grounded). Illustrations of the wiring harness show the connector with in 2 inches of the receiver mounted behind the back seat and accessable from the trunk. The connector is reported to be on a black w/white stripe wire. Does anyone know where that connector is really located? It must be somewhere else on the car rather than near the receiver module.
