I have a 1999 Chevy Express van with a cold start problem. I came across your post from 2005. It looks like you were having the exact same issue I'm having now, down to the gas gauge needle vibration. Can you tell me what the problem was? I even took it to a mechanic & he's unsure. I don't want to pay for unnecessary work. I look forward to your reply.
