trailer hitch

i have a 1990 lumina and this spring i plan on buying a hitch so i can ONLY put my 500 dollar thule hitch bike rack on my car. i am not towing anything ever, only using it for the bike rack. any suggestions on a good brand of hitch and how difficult are they to install. thanks
