Is SES light on? Take vehicle to have codes read @ qualified shop. Usually cheaper than guessing about components. Also have PCM checked. If it is very loud check exhaust system, if it has come apart ahead of the O2 sensor, that may be the whole problem. If O2 registers lean, it will put more fuel into engine causing it to flood.

no the ses light is not on.. you can smell gas when the motor is running i reset the computer that seemed to help with the shaking a bit but still bogs down like its gonna die then speed up and it does this over and over

This should have been mentioned in the first post. If you are smelling raw fuel, there is a leak. The loping is most likely caused by the lack of fuel pressure (common cause). Keep extinguisher handy in case of fire while running. Check entire fuel system thoroughly. Start with pres. reg., check to find out if fuel is being drawn into vacuum line to throttle body. Then work your way back to the tank. If nothing there pull plenium & check around injectors. Also check oil level to see if fuel is getting into oil.
