1994 Pontiac Formula - engine cradle - kframe - sub frame

Hi I have a 1994 Pontiac Formula with a 5.7 in it. I went to get it inspected and the said the front sub frame - engine cradle - engine cross member is rotted. THe rest of the car is perfect and on has 50k on it.

It is rotted the control arm and the cradle meets. It is the cradle itself and Not the control arm thats rotted.

Can this be changed without a lift? and pulling the engine and tranny?

where and how much for a new cradle?
