94 lumina--what are the 60 amp fuses?

94 lumina with a battery drain problem, and i need to know what the four 60 amp fuses are for on the passenger side... from left to right, or right to left.
i had a book for this car, but it's gone missing, and i doubt it would tell me even if i had it.
the battery seems to drain, atleast to me... only when i'm running or driving it. i get home, and if i shut everything off, and rev it up for a minute.. it charges enough to start the next time... if i just park and then shut it all off.. it's dead...
and it's chewing through the serpintine belt like mad (chunks everywhere) trying to keep up with this drain..
only electrical symptoms i have are that the back power windows will not work (cant find a fuse for them either), and it floods a little @ startup.
thanks for anyone's help.

Check for current draw when the car is shut off, also check charging rate, wiring diagrams and circuits are at autozone.com, repair guides.

checked for draw where i could (fuses)... cant check the charge rate, really, but i know the alternator is working.. for one, it's new, and for 2, i can hear it draw down the motor when i kick on a few things... tried that autozone thing, and cant get anything beyond just simple guidlines...
all i want to know is what those 60 amp things are for..
so far, facing them, from left to right its... power locks, dont know, starter, and EVERYthing.
with the EVERYthing one pulled, the car will start, but the ABS light is on, and power locks and windows wont work.. tis why i call it the everything fuse.
but would like to know for real .. :-)

I'd take the serp belt off and see what's dragging.
If I had a nickel for every time a customer said "It can't be this, because it's new..."
Check that alternator. Just because you hear it cut back when you load up the electrical doesn't mean charging voltage is fine....in fact with enough charge going on, you generally won't notice them cutting back at all....that sounds like charging output is barely sufficient. The tranny uses a lotta electrical power on these...may be why you can put a little surface charge in the battery if you idle it up after driving.
I don't remember what the 60a maxfuses are for...there's a couple I think. Ususally very high demand circuits like ignition main and ABS supply...

I tried looking...the wiring diagrams show the fuses in the circuits but not position of course...and I only found two 60a maxfuse on yours, both for the cooling fans. Also one 40a max for ignition switch main, and as I said I know mine ('97) has one 60a for the ABS driver...which these diagrams didn't go into...so if you have ABS that may be one of them...

The cover for the fuse panel should have each fuse diagramed & labeled for its application.

it does... for everything but the 60 amp fuses..
i'm mostly trying to figure them out because they're the only thing that has a big draw when the car is off... the first one(left when facing it) has a small draw.. it seems to be the power locks. and the last one, which is probably the ABS (abs light comes on without it, but the power windows, locks, dom light, etc dont work without it either)... the other 2 i'm not sure.. one's probably the starting system, because it wont crank.. and the one.. is a total mystery, as nothing changes with it in or out.
i think there's 2 more 40 or 60 amp fuses on the driver side, under that brace above the battery, they're labled, ABS and something else.. but they're not drawing anything.
will try and see what the alternator's is up to.. the rest of the accesories on the belt arnt dragging, it's just that alt, so far as i can tell... but worth a try i guess..
thanks again guys.
