Steering wheel crooked after alignment

Does anyone know how I can straighten out my steering wheel? After having an alignment done, it's about 5 degrees off center counter-clockwise. The car tracks straight and doesn't pull when I brake. I took it back to the shop to fix it; but, the new kid couldn't seem to.
The last time I had an alignment done, I had the same issue. When I took it back to the shop, the senior mechanic was able to adjust some "nut" to straighten the steering wheel out. It took about 10 minutes - including a test drive before and after. Unfortunately, he retired a few months ago...
I was hoping that there was some adjusting nut (on the rack and pinion?) that I could adjust myself to straighten the steering wheel out.
Does anybody know if there is such an adjusting nut and where it is located?

If the steering wheel is off than toe was set incorrectly. If the shop you had it done at can't get it centered than there heads may need to be comped. There is no reason the steering wheel should have to be physically removed to get it centered if the alignment is done righ to begin with!

If you paid this shop to align your car, it is their job to do it correctly. Making sure the steering wheel is straight and centered when the car is moving straight is part of the job. If they can'tdo it, they either need to refund your money so you can take it somewhere else, or send it to another shop themselves to fix it. There is no way I would pay someone to do something, then have to fix their botched work myself...period

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I agree: they took my money to do an alignment; so, they should make it right.

Agree...take it back.
One thing I do will any alignment is to tell them that I EXPECT the steering wheel straight and not pulling when all is said and done.
