Coming to a stop last night, attempted to roll down my window, it was very slow. Headlights started to dim, air bag light came on, window wouldn't roll back up, engine started running real rough.
I coasted it to the driveway, shut it off, then started it again in 15 minutes and it ran fine. Car has 238k, original battery and altenator.
Any thoughts? Is the altenator easy enough for a rookie to change? Private emails to waleygator@yahoo.com are welcome...Art
