A good deal?

I love my lude. I really do. I just need a RWD car. I can probably get about 5k for the lude and was thinking about picking up a 240.
Is this (http://www.autotrader.com/findacar/vdetail.jtmpl?car_id=123903446&dealer_id=&car_year=1990&make=NISSAN&distance=100&max_price=4000&model=240SX&advcd_on=n&end_year=2004&min_price=0&certified=n&address=98092&search_type=used&advanced=n&start_year=1983&color=) a good deal?
I figure I'll have some cash to throw around after for whatever I want. Think this is something worth doing?
Like I said, I love my prelude, and have big plans for it, but RWD seems nice. Maybe I should just save up and finance a VG30DETT...
I posted this in the 240 forum as well to get some of the other side... I really would have a hard time parting with the lude. :(

you gotta do what you gotta do. RWD is nice, but the 240 is pretty damn slow stock. a lot of people swap the SR20DET sylvia engine in their 240's and they're pretty quick. i wouldn't mind trading my lude in for a 240 then doing the swap. but personally, i wouldn't get a 240 unless you plan on seriously modifying it. too slow for my tastes.
109,000 miles for a 13 year old car isn't bad. i think you should be able to bump that price down or find a better deal.

I've been exchanging words with a few people in the 240 forum, and they say you can find a 90 240 for around 1000 dollars. Engine can't be much from there, and I would do the swap myself to save even more money. So it would be serious mods if I did trade. I think i'll just get through college right now, then finance a 350z or live my dream and get a 300ZXTT and start autocrossing.
The whole thing would be nice if I didn't have to drive over a mountain every other weekend.
