99 Grand Prix Fuel Filter

I've got the 99 Grand Prix GTP and want to change my fuel filter.

What tools do I need, procedures I need to take, and how hard and time consuming would this be?

I do a lot of my own work and this is the only thing I have never done on a vehicle basically.
