I was changing spark plugs on my 03 eclipse rs, somehow the ceramic of one of the spark plugs broke off when i was unscrewing it. The ceramic broke off with the metal tip of the spark plug, the inner metal of the plug also broke. When I was trying to take it out, one of the small pieces from inside the spark plug fell inside the spark plug hole, right into the engine. how do I get this out? I cant believe this happened, changing spark plugs is supposed to be a 20min process tops.

Well...I am pretty sure you are fucked and will have to take your entire head off to the cylinders to get that out...sorry bro....no quick fix for this disaster.

I don't think I would take that chance even if the piece was metal and you could use a magnet. If I was you I would take the head off and do it right. Its alot cheaper to pull the head off and pick out the piece/pieces than to buy a new motor on the chance that you don't completely get the piece/s out.

Ouch... That is brutal... But I'd had to agree with the magnet idea if it was just a metal piece... Then again, who's to say that you won't miss a piece of it and really mess things up when you start it up... :(
