I've been to 10 parts stores in 2 cities now and can't find a 36mm deep socket ANYWHERE for my wheel hub nut. I'm dying! Any online resources? The only place that has managed to find one is the local Napa and they want 60$ plus tax just for the socket! Anyone??

Canadian tire and partsource carry them. Got mine at a higher quality surplus store for $12. Search 36mm on canadiantire.ca. Also available from their loan a tool program.

Same here. All the local parts stores here carry them. They're not with the sockets though. They are with the specialty tools, under the name of "Axle Nut Socket".

Autozone also has them in their loan-a-tool program, for those that don't want to buy them:

Edit: After seeing your user name, I doubt that you have an AutoZone nearby.
