coolant leak at tube on back of water pump

I have a 97 metro that is leaking coolant from the tube at the back of the water pump. Iv,e taken the water pump off and all the associated hose on the tube but can not figure out how the tube is connected to the rear body of the waterpump. Is this tube pressed,crimmped,soldered??How can I change this tube?

The tube is bolted to the engine block.

its held in by a bolt just above the starter. there is a tab welded to tube there that bolts to block. once you remove that bolt you can pull the tube out. there is a o-rind on end where it pushed into rear of pump housing
