waterpump.. what is this tube on it called?

i have the 3.1 L motor, and that black tube on top of my waterpump that has the two i believe heater hoses at the top.. It's leaking, and i need a gasket for it but i have no idea what it is called...

I think it's a water pump bypass pipe, or something like that.
