I have a 94 intrepid (3.3L) with 180,000 miles and it randomly decides not to start. The battery and starter are fine becuase when it wants to start it'll start right up. When it won't start and the key is in the 'on' position the gas gauge or temp gauge on the dash don't read anything. The car starts but won't turn over. It's never stalled on me. Seems like something preventing it from starting. I'll take any suggestions. Thanks.

you might want to try checking your B+ wire that goes from the battery to the starter, make sure it's not corroded causing high resistance and an occasional no-start. The next thing could be wrong is a bad ignition switch.

I was trying to get my car started and in the process I found out that the "engine control fuse" under the hood (the less popular set of fuses) is intermitant, and this is keeping another smaller 10 amp fuse from having any juice. The "engine control fuse" is fine, but it's not getting enough power. I've checked teh battery connection and that's good so where could there be a bad wire? Is there a certain place to start looking?
