I was having a problem with my AC compressor and I got it checked today by an AC Specialist and the guy told me that it was the ECU that wasn't sending juice to the compressor, could it be possible? He told me that the pressure valve was sending the signal to the ECU but the ECU wasn't sending the signal to the compressor.

No they don't have a type-s. He means Model S, or base. But yeah he always says type-S, which is wrong.

My bad about the Type S thing... and yes I just found out on a manual that both parts are related...The ECM is in charge of providing juice to many parts in the system.

Your prelude is throwin a code that somethin is wrong...............is your check engine light on...........if its on then its not a huge problem and could possibly be reset.............I'm not too familiar with obd1 yet but I'll let u know if it can................other than that don't pay for a checkup unless someone has the proper equipment................~deuce~

Well the guy at the shop told me that he was testing all the possible reason and after a computer checkup apparently the problem was with the computer ECM. Because the pressure valve was sending the right signal but the computer wasn't replying it to the compressor, and no the check engine light isn't on. Let me ask you something, the obd1 is the compute code or something like that? Thank for the help..
