1986 325e

I saw a 1986 325e for sale for $2500. It had one palm sized dent in the side and a few smaller, barely noticable dents in the hood as well as a rip in the drivers seat. The owner claimed it runs well, but the milage wasnt posted. I know very little about cars and i would like to ask if this was a good buy and if so, how much would i have to put into this car to keep it running if anything.

well i called the number posted on the car and turns out the guy who owns the german auto shop where my dad gets his porsche worked on owns the car and garauntees (sp) it for a year. It has 200,000 miles on it, but he jyst rebuilt the engine and he says it runs perfectly. And he lowered the price to 2000. Any advice??
