'93 chevy lumina 3.1 tranny slip quick fix?

My '93 lumina 3.1 has 130k and i did a partial tranny flush, 4 qts or so, as well as filter replacement at 120k. But, what I am noticing now is that when I brake hard then lay on the accelerator, the transmission neutrals and the rpm's jump until i back off the accelertor and allow the transmission to shift. Also normal transmission slip is noticeable. The fluid level is fine and in good condition.
I was thinking as a quick fix to pour trans conditioner, or chemicals to help the slipping but i wanted to get some advice first. Any other reasonable options? What is the best tranny conditioner?
I have also noticed rough idle and was planning to remove the fuel rail and injectors to to clean them since i've already replaced the coil pack, wires, plugs, ECU, air filter as routine maintanience. What kind of carb cleaner is suggested or form of cleaning the injectors? I hear Seafoam is good. Is it a pain to remove the fuel rail and injectors? Worth it to solve rough idle? Any other suggestions? Input is greatly appreciated.

Did it start right after the tranny service? If so, something went wrong. Like the filter isn't fully seated or it is double o-ringed. 4 qts doesn't sound like enough. Mine took 7. I remember the older ones didn't take as much, but still took 4.5-5 qts.
If it has just started recently, first check the vacuum hose to the modulator, and the modulator itself. Is it just on the 1-2 upshift, or all ranges? Also a vacuum leak from the modulator or its hose can cause an unstable idle due to the vacuum leak.
Seafoam is good stuff, better (IMO) that most fuel additives. They make a good tranny fluid conditioner also.
I posted here before about mine, it will nuetral on a high-G left turn. Has to be very hard turn and WOT, a condition that doesn't exist in normal driving. I assume the fluid is just momentarily not available to the pump, and it cannot build enough pressure to go back into gear until the G-load goes back to normal and the fluid comes back to the pickup.

Don't remove the rail. 3M makes a pressurized fuel injector cleaner that attaches to the service port on the rail. You disable the fuel pump, and let it run on the contents of the can until it dies. Usually about 10-15 minutes. Cleans injectors very good.

No, it this problem didn't happen just after the trans fluid change. it's been a year since the change and the problem just began occuring. But i will check for that vacum leak to the modulator. And gonna try to clean the fuel rail with that 3M solution. Always appreciating the help fellas.

I've got the same problem with my transmission too! Did you get this fixed, if so, what ended up being your problem?

Do you have any engine problems? I.E. rough idle or periodic loss of power? Judging by eagles thread count I'll bet hes no longer online or has found a larger forum dedicated to montes and luminas. I'm in the market and don't own one as these yet, but if your engine is running rough it could be the vacuuum hose to the modulator or IF these cars are electronically controlled it could be MAF, TPS, ETC. I'm not for sure, but I'm guessing these have the 4t60-E transmissions? Is your MIL light on? Even if it's not and it's intermittent you may have stored codes. Find out if your trans is electronically controlled, (You would know by the -E of the transmission type, or you could call the dealer) if it is your cheapest route (Free) would be to go to your nearest autozone and see if you have any codes. That's where I would start. Good luck

I don't have any engine problems. It runs smooth and the power is always there when i need it. Autozone really does that for free? I'm going to have to check that out.
