Stock manifold is the best way to go, unless you can somehow fork out close to a grand for those headers.

didn't SMSP put up 22hp on the dyno, i have about $750 to spend

SMSP is supposed to be the best header for the prelude, and yes, it did supposedly yield 22whp on the dyno.

It gave out 22whp when paired with 2.5 piping all the way back. But that is still very impressive considering a full i/h/e setup will usually only put out 15whp; and that's being liberal.

I might chime in that I really like the Mugen header, even though SMS may be the better choice. I'm sure the Honda racing team knows what they're doing (saving a little bit of low end power at the expense of high end). After all, they're the ones who know H22A the best.
