The yellow light on my car seems to go out or is not functioning. It was working the other day. It is the shift CASIS light. Does anyone know if there is a wire or fuse related problem that would cause it to be intermittent?

It is the yellow arrow on the Tach that indicates the shift point under accelleration. It was working and now it does not come on. It seems to be an intermittent issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I am wondering if ther is a specific area to look first in troubleshooting this problem. Maybe a sensor or a known cause of the problem.
