94 si bright gauge lights?

my ex wife has a 94 si and i have a 92 s(vtec swap btw) her gauge lights are so much brighter than mine. Any body know how I can do this to my car?

on my 4th gen theres a thing u can roll up and down which changes the brightness of the dash. it should be just to the left of the steering wheel
