free suburban

hey my friend and i have the opportunity to get a free subarban. theres a few small probs. its been sitting for 6 years so we dont know if it'll start yet. we're gonna try to see 2morrow. also i guess there is something wrong with the tranny. its an 87 suburban i dont know if its 4x4 or not. but i was just wondering if u guys know if the burban's trannys had chronic probs or if its something little that can be fixed cheap and easy. let me know thanks. i'll keep u guys updated as i find out more.

If it's a free burban, the tranny's probably F-ed up. I suggest that you start looking for a used tranny and replacing it.
