car is 93 Si 4ws , was driving home from work and got caught at a red light..waited when the light turned green, the car was hard to throw into first, and the clutchpedal stuck at the floorboard, the poped back out a few secs later, any help would be appreciated...(feels like clutch does not release)...now it is almost impossible to get it to go into any gear.

could be a couple of things... if your clutch eventually popped back out on it's own, it's not a broken cable.
If it's very sticky, it could be a bent/broken clutch fork, bent/broken fingers, heavily damaged throwout bearing or a heavily frayed cable causing it to stick... w/out knowing more details about the symptoms, I'm going to go with, "You need a clutch job".

is it a cable clutch or hydrolic clutch? my dads car had a problem similar to that and it was leaking hydrolic fluid from the clutch
