Torque specs on d16a6 block and head

what are the Torque specs on d16a6 block and head parts etc...me and a friend took it apart to replace rod bearings and need the specs get it back together right...know of a web site or know where to find it let me know thanks

nut and bold torques
valve adjustment nuts: 10ft lbs
cam cradle 8mm bolts: 14-15ft lbs
cam cradle 6mm bolts: 104 inch lbs
cylinder head bolts
step 1: 22ft lbs
step 2: 48ft lbs
connecting rod nuts: 23ft lbs
crankshaft pulley bolt: 119ft lbs
throttle body nuts: 14-16ft lbs
dizzy mount bolts: 17-18ft lbs
flywheel bolts: 87ft lbs
camshaft pulley bolt: 27ft lbs
main bearing cap: 47ft lbs
rocker arm shaft cap: 9ft lbs
intake mani. head nuts: 16ft lbs
timing belt adjuster: 33ft lbs
im sure i missed a few things, and you MIGHT want to doublecheck some of these, they came straight from my memory at 4:11 in the mornin'
and it has been a little while since i have owned my hatchie

also audio what you mean step one and step two with the cylinder head bolts...

First start by setting all the bolts to 22ft lbs then go back around and set them to 48ft lbs. Start from center top, then bottom, then left upper, right lower, left lower, right upper, You should get it now.
