when was the last time you changed your brake fluid and clutch fluid? I'm just wondering because I've never done it and everything still runs fine. Is it THAT important if the fluid looks kind of murky?

I bleed out most of the old fluid everytime I replace my brake pads. I have donr my clutch fluid when I replaced the slave. I dont know if it is a must

I haven't since I've owned the car. I probably will though, when I do my brake work or 5 lug conversion.

you should change brake fluid at least every 3yrs or 30,000 miles. Brake fluid absorbs moisture and will damage the brake system.
I had to replace my brake master cylinder, previous owner probably never changed the brake fluid, black color fluid.
