92 Prelude S questions

Couple quick questions, What would you guys feel is fair to pay for one of these with 151,000 miles on it?
Whats the top speed on one of these 4th gens?/0-60.
I was hopeing it would get better gas mileage or the same as the Integra but nope :/

I've got a 3rd gen running 166,000, just keep in mind, the previous owner is probably sellking it cause they just keep dumping more and more money into repairs so its time for a new car.

I wouldn't pay more than 1500 personally..
