Hi, i drive a 1989 Honda Prelude SI
and just out of the blue, one morning, i went to go move the car, and when i pushed the clutch down to start it up, it went straight to the floor. There is no pressure in the pedal, and i can't shift into any gears. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?
thanks

Either the clutch arm(i can't remember the correct term) is gone or something is wrong with the clutch itself. I had the same problem and found out that the master clutch was leaking fluid.

thanks for the response, i took it in, and they just said it needed to be topped up. But i have only had the car for 3 weeks now, so hopefully it just needed topping up and the mechanics aren't trying to use me for money and it ends up being something serious in the long run

They just adjusted the clutch probably or something like that, you mite have to buy a new clutch down the road, it would cost you like 500
