fuse for horn/cig lighter

Hi ! A question from Slovakia >:-)
does anybody know where exactly the fusess for horn and 12V cig lighter are??? ( Cirrus 1995 ) I have unfortunately caused a short circuit in the cig. lighter and now the horn and lighter do not work anymore, the funny thing is tahat all fuses are okay ( those under the hood included)

there two fuse box one under hood and one on left side of dash need test light to test

well, that`s exactly what i ment even those fuses
on left side of dash are all ok moreover none of them says horn or cig lighter ....... but this fuse ,must be somewhere i acctually heard it as it was blown.....any more ideas?

finally i have found it.....the problem was that a cigarette lighter is nowdays called POWER RECEPTACLE..... >:)...

I too have this exact same problem. Where on the leftside of the dash is the secondary fusebox? Underneath? Above? I immediately thought of this when I saw the fusebox under the hood but I haven't been able to find another one on the dash!! Also, which fuse will it be and what amperage?
