5th Gen. Suspension

Anybody do much w/ their 5th gen's ride? On a lot of Hondas that's the first thing a lot of people go for is stiffening them up, lowering, etc.; but I've found since I've had the Prelude it feels stiff, holds tight, and is a nice low balanced car outta the box. The only thing I whine about is not having the LSD (& I DO whine about it); but in general I'm happy with it & just want some confirmation that I'm not missing something here. ;)

I remember when researching before getting it I read that they stiffened it up ~50% over the VTEC 4th Gens, and when I did test drive one of those it felt a bit loose for my tastes, but never in the '97.

As far as I know Honda improved the bending rigidity by about 55% and torsional rigidity by about 24% when they designed the 5th gen Prelude but I donīt think that its suspension differs much from a 4th gen VTEC model!?! Prelude SH is another story of course...

Personally I got yellow Konis, Eibach Pro Kit, Neuspeed front strut bar (Tanabe Sustec rear upper strut bar coming soon) and Goodyear Eagle F1 tires and IMO it handles much better than it did stock now. I would make it again and again...

Maybe the 4th gen Prelude you did test drive had a high mileage and its shocks/ springs were not in that good conditions anymore??
