New Air Intake on 92 Lude?

Does anyone have any suggestions on putting a new air intake on my 92 prelude Si (4ws)? I'm new to all of this, just bought the car last week and I love it. Will a new intake do any damage to the car's engine- modifications and such? Also, what are some stats on how much hp it will add? Is it worth the time and effort? And last, is this something I could do myself?

If you want to get a new intake then have a look at the AEM CAI (CAI= cold air intake): www.aempower.com/product_intake.asp
With a CAI you will prevent that your engine sucks up all the hot air from the engine bay....and cooler air means more power.
