GT series turbo help(drift your good at this)

I have a 92 Prelude Si H23 stock. I want to run a ball bearing turbo set up so im spoolin super quik but sitll have enough air flowing boost going etc. I found a GT25/40 that is supposed to support 400-450hp around max but im only lookin for around 250-280 for now. only gunna run 7-8psi... but i want to make it early it quiker then the norm t3/t4 i want it to spool up quik (hence ball bearing) i was wondering if this turbo would flow enough air and spool up quik enought be what im lookin for (max boost around 2500-3200rpm if not less)

wuz up, i have the turbonetics T3T4 ballbearing turbo and i reach 9psi between 3000-3500rpms,

the pics of the turbo you post looks sweet.

how much/where did you get that?
