Eratic idle on H22 OBDI

I know I'm a newbie and this is probably easy but HELP!
My car goes through the normal high idle warming up but after 5 min of driving my car revs up and down, up and down 1300 then back to 700. @ first I thought maybe the egr but I plugged it back in, reset the ecu and it still does it.

Well i have that same problem on my 92 H23 lude. I heard that they idle surges but not sure really how to fix it. Found out that if you unpluge the #8 vacuum hoes from the top of PFI i may stop. :uhoh:
