Hey would a T25 turbo be sufficient in a H23... could i get enough boost out of that to make it worth while. IM not to good with the sizing vs engine vs spool up time etc. But would a T25 be good? it would spool up fricken quik right.. but does that meen i would lose my top end power?

I would go with a T28, personally, i don' know about all turbos that much so I can't help with a T25 but a T28 will get 20+ psi in the top end, if your engine can take that, and start falling off around maybe 6500 RPM?

Well i was lookin more around like 8-10psi... and right around 6000-6500 is a good peak zone... im not building a rocket racer... its a H23.. around 160hp... im going to do turbo and then straght through exhaust... id like to make around 220hp at the crank (something like 190 at the wheels) my MAIN GOAL.. is to have a daily driven SI prelude that will run mid to low 14's

When tuned properly, the t25 is no slouch for a turbo, but in my opinion, it's not a drag turbo, it's very fast spooling and more meant for an autoX track or canyon runs. I am currenlty building up an h23 turbo project (have the h23 and putting it into my Slammed 91 Accord Wagon) I also have a JDM t25 that I am grabbing from a friend. Now, I have a friend running an EF hatch, d16y8 OBDII swap (I think flywheel is like 127 stock) he put a t25 on there and running 11psi and it's not fully tuned (been dyno tuned slightly, but not fully tweaked) and it's putting down 168whp, that's pretty impressive for that motor and turbo combo. I'd venture to guess that starting out with a motor that is 33hp stronger (like our h23's) it would put out an impressive amount of power and torque. If your really interested in drag racing though, go t3/t4 hybrid.
