97 prelude, good price?

I found a 97 Prelude (not type sh) for $8500. Not sure about miles, haven't gotten into the car yet. Looks nice from the outside, haven't gotten to pop the hood or test drive yet. Its lowered with APEXi exhaust. I'll post more info as i find out. If the car is in good running shape, is this a good price for it?

ok, i went and looked at it more yesterday. its got 115K miles. and i think it was at one time turbo'd. the fuel line is cut and respliced for no reason(probably where a fuel pressure regulator was), the exhaust shroud was really loose(probably where they had taken it off and had to put it back on), the front grill was loose(probably where they had to put in the intercooler and take it back off), the 02 sensor is out, and there are holes in the driver column where gauges where mounted(probably boost gauges. So all the signs are there that it was turbo'd so fuck that car, i'm still looking.
