89 prelude body componets questions

I have a 1989 prelude si with the b20a5 dohc.

It is an automatic unfortunantly but i dont plan on ever racing it i just want it to look decent.

But to get to the point. I have noticed the number of body kits is quite limited and they are not very agressive. I was wondering if any other year prelude kits could fit onto my car and if not are the holes modifiable or is the other years too wide. And do they make z-3 fenders that will fit it. And do they make coilovers for it?

I think xenon made a pretty smooth kit for the 3rd gen.

i actually came across a pretty nice body kit today while sufin the web for my 89 lude si. Go to www.andysautosport.com. It has a pretty hos lookin kit for it. ;)

I own an 88 prelude and have had the same problems finding parts for it 2. But after long hours of phone calls, sitting infront of my computer, and listening to my girl complain I have had some good luck. Have you got a chance to look at the Demon body kit @ andysautosports.com? That is as agressive as it gets. I bought that same kit (4pc) off of eBay from Cyberbestbuy cheap. Cyberbestbuy lists 5 at a time so you are almost sure to win the bid at 299.99 + 160.00 shipping. This kit fits 88-91 preludes. I have looked for Z3 fenders and have had no luck. Tokico and eibach has coilovers. I used Skunk Racing 93-95 civic coilovers. If you find anthing for your 89 would you let me know? You may find something that I cant. Thanks

my bad. the demon is the most agressive for an 88-91 prelude. there are definitly more agressive for other models

If u have any pics of ur lude with the kit on i would like to see them cuz i think the demon looks kinda bad with the black body and green kit. Im sure it looks better with it painted tho and i would really like to see some pics of it all finished up.

My prelude is blue with a primed yellow body kit. I dont think it will look much better. Waiting to paint till I loose the door handles and take care of my tail light situation. If you still want a picture I can do that. You can look on Car Domain and see a few also
