2012 Focus SEL - SES Light and Codes (P0805, P087a, P2831, P2832, & P2836)

I have a 2012 Ford Focus SEL Wagon (85000 miles). While trying to start car initially, there was a slight pause prior to start. Concern I turn it off and tried again unsuccessfully (no sound). I removed the battery (successfully tested) to clean and secure posts. After reconnecting the battery, the service engine soon light came on. The following Codes were pulled: P0805, P087A, P2831, P2832, and P2836. All appear to be related to the transmission.
P0805 Clutch Position Sensor Circuit problem
P087A Clutch position sensor B - circuit malfunction
P2831 Shift Fork "A" Position Circuit
P2836 Shift Fork "B" Position Circuit
P2832 Shift Fork "A" Position Circuit Range/Performance
After getting the codes read, the service engine soon light went out. The next morning it reappeared and the car would not start (starter not engaged). After several tries, was able to start car but still have the service engine soon light.
Successfully checked the Battery, Alternator and ground (G104).

Did you ever find out what the issue was? Our 2012 Focus just came up with the exact same codes.

Ford sent out service notices concerning the transmission. Dealer repaired for free. The Transmission Control Module (TCM) was replaced.

I received a notice last year for a software up concerning the transmission. My Ford dealership did it for free as it said but than a little after I start having the same problems and codes. Thank you Wide_Track for your information, I drop my car off tomorrow morning and I'll make sure to let them know about that module.
