So I have a '98 cavalier with the 2.2l and 4sp auto. Anyway, it runs great when dry conditions, but when its wet from rain or any moisture it runs terrible. It stalls and stumbles and the cab fills with a gas odor. I changed the coil packs and plugs and wires and it still does it. I have a P0301 cylinder 1 misfire detected and a P0200 injector circuit problem. I'm having a hard time believing this because it runs fine most of the time.
Is there something else I can look at that is feeding this problem? Is this a common ocurrance? Thanks in advance.

I would use a plant mister while car is running. Start spraying when it's running on ignition components. You may be able to duplicate.

The injector circuit to cylinder one could be causing the misfire....check the harness for a rub through condition....attach a noid light to the harness and see if it flashes when the car is started.......If ok, then check the resistance of the injector....... should be around 12 ohms....
It the noid light doesn't flash, check for power on leg of the circuit with the key on.....if ok, then the driver circuit to the PCM is the problem, or the PCM itself....

I had this problem too. I put liberal amounts of dielectric grease on all connections between coil packs and spark plugs.
