Since after searching this forum extensively and finding very little about wheel torque on a 2000-2006 Ford Focus models, I have decided to post the wheel nut torque on the 2002-2006 models are as follows:
The lug nut torque specs on 2000 to 2005 models are 92 foot-pounds, which can be rounded up to 95 foot-pounds. Models from 2006 and later vary slightly, and Ford's specs are set at 100 footpounds.
I hope this post will help someone else who needs to change a flat tire or remove the tire to do repaires as over torquing the wheel lugs will warp the brake rotor.
My question was answered 95 footpounds for a 2002 Ford Focus.
Thanks
Mike
