Replacement seat belt?

The lap belt section of the seat belt of my 1994 Lesabre has started to fray pretty badly. I've never had to replace a seat belt on a car before, so I'm not sure where to go to buy one. Is this a Buick dealer-only sort of part? I tried some of the online parts places and didn't find any seat belt listings.

I'm not too sure if a junkyard sells seatbelts (liability) but you might find one on a place such as craigslist in the auto parts section. New does not look cheap. Good luck. If you want to look in your local area at junkyards, go to car-part.com and enter your car and see what comes up. That is a dash between car and part.

There should be plenty around. Nobody uses them! :rofl:
