4 cyl truck shows missfire in #4

this keeps showing up. how do you fix it

1) Check the plug wire, and injector wire.
2) Pull plug and check for water or oil contamination.
3) Check compression on cylinder 4.
4) Roll Injector, plug, and wire to another cylinder.
