00 Dakota - MIL & Vibration

I have a 2000 Dakota QC with 3.9L engine. I have 2 issues:
1) When I shut the truck off last night there was no MIL. When I started it today I had a MIL with a P0122 code, which is a TPS error code.
How do I troubleshoot the TPS?
2) I am feeling a vibration in the gas pedal at around 1800-2000rpm. I originally thought maybe universals so I replaced them, but the vibration remains.
It kinda feels like the vibration you get when you drive over highway rumble strips. I also have a rattle at idle that kinda "sounds like vibration feels." I know that sounds quirky, but that's the only way to explain it.
Any thoughts where I should be looking?
I don't believe the issues are related as I've had the vibration for quite a while.
