94 headlights blowing
I have a 94 intrepid and in less than 3 years I have replaced the drivers side headlight three times now. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Re: 94 headlights blowing
The new bulbs if you handle with your fingers will blow in a months time. If you get a finger print use a clean white rag and windex or rubbing alcohol to clean.
Replace any leaking lense as the water evaporating will blow bulbs. |

Re: 94 headlights blowing
Thanks for the tip, nice to know. It's only the low beam that goes though, could that still be a cause.

Re: 94 headlights blowing
I would think it could be a cause as you use low beams 90% or more of the time.
Otherwise a loose ground or positive wire would cause them to flicker. |
